BEGINNING SCULPTURE CLASS at The Jewish Community Center of Louisville
July 19-August 6, Tuesday and Thursday 6-9 p.m.
Age 14 and over
$175 plus $20 Supply Fee
Learn the ancient art of sculpting.
In this class Duffy will introduce you to three dimensional
form and space
and teach you how to move your ideas from your head to a finished work of art!
You will learn plaster casting, additive sculpting and hand carving
and will become familiar with the basic tools used for sculpting.
Every student will create a bas relief or free standing sculpture,
and will leave the class with at least one completed project.
No experience necessary, just a desire to create.
